LEXINGTON: Michael A. Kemp, 48, died Friday, April 6, 2012 in his home.

He was born July 22, 1963 in Yale. He graduated from Cros-Lex High School where he played football and wrestling. He did carpentry work and enjoyed hunting, horseshoes, darts and sports.

Surviving are his daughter Amber (Jamie) King of Melvin; his parents Bill and Carol Kemp of Lexington; brothers Kirk (Maria) of Grand Rapids and Robert (Sherri) of St. Clair; one granddaughter Aliyah; nephews and a niece, Scott, Matthew, Alyson, Conner and Zachary.

Services will be held at 11 A.M. Tuesday at the Pomeroy Funeral Home, Lexington. Fr. Donald Eppenbrock will officiate.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 P.M. Monday and 10 to 11 A.M. Tuesday. Memorials are suggested to the Family.
