CROSWELL: Timothy J. Galbraith, age 53, died Thursday June 28, 2012 in his home.

He was born August 15, 1958 in Detroit, to Harry and Elizabeth (Dempsey) Galbraith.

Tim was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force, serving in Vietnam. He owned and operated Cashway Lumber for many years. Tim was also a member of the Blue Water Shriners, V.F.W., American Legion, the Masonic Lodge and St. Patrick Catholic Church.

Surviving are his mother Elizabeth “Bunny,” sisters Elizabeth Lawson of Taylor, Kathleen Spears of Croswell, Donna Marie Galbraith of Croswell, his brother John Harry of Michigan, a grandson Nathanael Rooney and 3 nieces.

He was preceded in death by his father Harry.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11 AM Monday July 2, 2012 at the St. Patrick Catholic Church, Croswell. The Rev. Donald Eppenbrock will officiate. Burial will be at 2 P.M. Tuesday at St. Paul Catholic Cemetery, Onaway.

Friends may call at the Pomeroy Funeral Home, Lexington from 2 to 6 P.M. Sunday and 9:30 to 10:30 A.M. Monday. Vigil service 4 P.M. Sunday.
