Ann Marie Lawrence

LEXINGTON- Ann Marie Lawrence, age 69, a resident of Lexington, passed away on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at the Medilodge of Port Huron in Fort Gratiot Township. She was born on August 1, 1950 in Port Huron, Michigan, a daughter of the late Frederick and Betty Marie (Bartow) Schneider, Jr. Ann married Arthur E. Lawrence on December 31, 1982 in Jeddo. Ann was a waitress at Powers Restaurant in Port Huron for many years. She is survived by her husband, Arthur Lawrence of Lexington; four daughters, Rebecca (David) Struble Sr., Krystal Whitehead, Courtney (Ash) Ligrow and Maryann Lawrence; five grandchildren, David Struble, Jr., Ronald Struble, Dede Jacklett, Heather Kolakowski and Allie Ligrow; two great grandchildren, Jacob Struble and Kohl Williamson. Ann was very close to her nieces and nephews, Julie Applegate, Dan Lester, Mark Lester, Brian Lester, Keith Schneider and Lana Wagner; Ann also has many great nieces and nephews as well as several cousins. Ann was preceded in death by her brother, Ron Schneider and her sister, Barb Lester. A memorial service will be held at 11 A.M. on Saturday, August 17, 2019 at the Lexington United Methodist Church, with visiting at the church from 10-11 A.M., Rev. Susan Youmans will officiate. Memorials in memory of Ann may be made to the Lexington United Methodist Church or the Sanilac County Humane Society.
