She also treasured the many family gatherings, celebrations and birthdays hosted at her cherished Lexington home. Anne’s family always looked forward to Nanny baking her wonderful cakes. Anne was renowned for her signature birthday cakes, along with the many other treats she baked for her family. Among all of her lifelong accomplishments and achievements, Anne’s greatest pride was found in her family and grandchildren. Each time she was blessed to share their company, the joy and love she felt was written all over her face, and that love continued right up to Anne's departure to Heaven, surrounded by her husband and children. Anne is survived by her husband and life companion of over 38 years, Jerry McCracken. She was the loving mother of Amy (David) Washington, Maryanne Mullins, and Jason (Raegan) Mullins.
