Mark E. Herrington

Mark Edward Herrington, age 78 of Port Sanilac, passed away Friday, March 4, 2022 in his home. He was born January 2, 1944 in Port Sanilac, son of the late Leonard and Stella (Morley) Herrington. Mark married Judy Hendra on September 11, 1965 in Port Sanilac. Mark was a member of Forester U. Methodist Church. He enjoyed hunting and camping, and spending time with his family. Mark is survived by his wife, Judy; son, Joseph; daughter, Tammy (Randy) Porter; 9 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother Robert, and sisters, Hazel Grice, Lorna Haskins, and Brenda Green. Funeral Services will be held 12 PM Friday, March 11 at the Pomeroy Funeral Home, Carsonville. Rev. Anika Bailey will officiate. Burial will be in the Port Sanilac Cemetery. Visitation will be held 11am-12pm Friday prior to the service. Memorials may be made to the Forester U. Methodist Church.
