Pauline R. Raymond

November 23, 1951 - February 4, 2022

Pauline Ruth (Zauner) Raymond, age 70, passed onto the Lord, February 4, 2022 at Medi Lodge of Port Huron. She was born November 23, 1951 in Port Huron, daughter of Andrew and Ruth Zauner. Pauline took great pleasure in being a parishioner of Ava Maria Parish and being in the Womens Auxillary. She loved her word puzzles, and crocheting afgans for everyone. Pauline is survived by her 2 children, Brian Herrick of North Carolina and Ruth Ann Herrick of Carsonville; her mother Ruth West of Lexington; 6 brothers and sisters, Sharon Garbarino of Lexington, Carolyn (Richard) Imperiale of Clinton Twp., Mary Zauner-Thomas of Clinton Twp., Judy (Jim) Rutkowski of Milford, Joseph Zauner of Lexington, and Mark (Lynette) Zauner of Clinton Twp., sister-in-law, Margaret Zauner, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Andrew Zauner, and a brother, Andrew Thomas Zauner. Funeral Services will be held 11 AM Wednesday, February 9 at St. Denis Catholic Church in Lexington. Fr. Donald J. Eppenbrock will officiate. Burial will be in the Lexington Cemetery Visitation will be 4-8 PM Tuesday at the Pomeroy Funeral Home, and 10-11 AM Wednesday at the church. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Medi Lodge of Port Huron staff and McLaren Hospice for their care and compassion. Memorials in Paulines memory may be made to St. Judes Children Hospital or the Sanilac County Animal Shelter.
