Both of my parent's funerals have been lovingly handled by Pomeroys. Loren has been patient, thorough and sensitive to our needs and emotions. He calmly walked us through every step and made the difficult decisions seem easier. He knows "everyone" so he made it smoother to get flowers, caterer, soloist, clergy. He even arranged to have the coffin lowered so we could ceremoniously throw dirt in the grave. He is a gem and now a life-long friend.

Scott and staff were very professional when they came to get my mom. Scott took his time with us when we went into the office to make the arrangements. He even talk to my sister who lives out of state on what she would like to see with our mom. He made sure we were agree with everything.
